Pet Policy

Kihei Shores is a No Pet complex. As much as we appreciate the love and companionship that many people share with fur and feathered friends, our property is not the place for pet lovers who have or plan to have a pet.
In accordance with Federal Fair Housing laws, Kihei Shores will make reasonable accommodations in rules, policies, practices, or services when such accommodations may be necessary to afford a person with a disability the equal opportunity to use and enjoy a dwelling. Smoking Policy
Kihei Shores follows the Hawaii state law regarding smoking. There is no smoking permitted in walkways, stairwells, on lanais, or within 20' of any building, window, door, or ventilation system. There is no smoking permitted inside of any condo or building. There is no smoking in the pool area. Smoking receptacles have been provided for our residents at a number of locations through the common area grounds of the property. Effective June 1, 2015 there is also no smoking inside of any of the buildings or dwelling units. The only places acceptable to smoke at Kihei Shores are located 20' from any building, where you will find smoking receptacles placed throughout the property for your convenience.
