Parking Information and Vehicle Restrictions
Each condo has two parking stalls: one reserved stall marked with a number and the word "Reserved" painted in it, and one non-reserved stall. Non-reserved stalls all have numbers painted in them, and are available for residents and guests to use on a first come, first serve basis.
All vehicles should display a current Kihei Shores parking permit or Visitor Tag. Resident vehicles will be issued a parking permit when they register their vehicle(s) at the Kihei Shores office. Visitors & guests need to contact the office with the Make/Model, color & plate # of their vehicle, driver's last name, and how long the Visitor Tag is needed. If the office is closed, please leave a note on the driver's side dashboard indicating what unit the vehicle is associated with. Be sure to stop by the office on the next business day to pick up your parking pass. Non-registered vehicles will be cited for failing to display parking permit or Visitor Tag, and may be subject to booting &/or towing.
Inoperable vehicles & vehicles that leak oil or other fluids need to park off property until they are repaired. Please note the size restrictions on oversize vehicles. Vehicle Size Limits. Please refer to the House Rules for complete vehicle and parking rules.
